ScaleValue AI uses a transparent, unified credit system that gives you complete control over your usage. No confusing tokens - just clear costs for every action.
Monthly Credits
- Included as part of your monthly subscription
- Refreshed every billing cycle
- Used first before your bonus balance
- Unused monthly credits do not carry over
Bonus Credits
- Purchased separately as and when needed
- Never expire as long as you have an active account
- Remain even if you cancel your subscription
- Used automatically when monthly credits run out

Smart Refund Policy
We believe you should only pay for success. If an AI generation fails due to a system error or an internal AI fault, the credits are automatically refunded to your account immediately.
Note: Credits are not refunded if the output does not meet your personal aesthetic expectations, as the AI processing resources were still utilized.
Low Balance?
If your balance falls below the cost of an action, the studio will automatically prompt you to top up or upgrade your plan. You can also view your balance history in your Dashboard.
